Booking Policy
Payment & Insurance Information
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, and e-transfers. Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment.We’re happy to submit your insurance claims directly to all accepted providers on your behalf.
A Note About Coverage:
Insurance plans vary, and not all services may be fully covered. If staying within your plan’s limits is important, we recommend checking your coverage before your visit.Things to confirm with your provider:
• How many scaling units are covered per year
• Whether your plan renews by calendar year or on a 6- or 9-month cycle

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A non-refundable $75 fee will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations. This fee must be paid in full before booking any future visits and cannot be submitted to insurance—it will be your direct responsibility.
