    As part of our commitment to your convenience, we request direct reimbursement from your insurance provider whenever possible. Most claims are processed within 7 business days, and once reimbursement is received, we kindly ask that your payment be completed within 14 days.

  • Payment Options

    ​At Modern Brilliance Dental Hygiene (MBDH), we've streamlined our billing process to enhance efficiency and maintain clear communication. Here's how it works:​

    Billing Process:

    • Invoices are sent directly to patients or their designated Powers of Attorney (POAs), reducing administrative tasks for retirement home and long-term care staff.​
    • We request that all invoices be settled within 14 days of the service date.​

    Payment Methods:

    • E-Transfer: Send payments to info@modernbrilliancedh.ca Please include the patient's name and/or account number for accurate processing.​
    • Credit Cards: We accept VISA and MasterCard.​
    • Cash or Cheque: Cheques should be mailed to our office at:​

    Late Payment Policy: A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to unpaid invoices. This ensures timely settlements and helps us continue providing quality care.​

  • Canadian Dental Care Plan

    The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is now available for eligible seniors, children under 18, and adults who hold a valid Disability Tax Credit certificate. The program will continue to expand throughout 2025 to include more eligible groups.
